A workshop entitled “Bridges of Archaeometry” was carried out as
part of the 8th symposium of the Hellenic Society of Archaeometry (HSA)
in Athens. The participants presented their labs focusing on the
research, the available equipment, and the educational opportunities
offered. Kathy Hall and Eleni Nodarou presented the W.D.E. Coulson
Conservation laboratory and the W.A. McDonald laboratory of ceramic
petrography. The aim of the HSA is to create an online map
of the laboratories practicing archaeological science in Greece.
