We have some exciting news to share with you! Our supporter and generous donor Crawford Hill (Chill) made a major contribution of $25,000 to the INSTAP Study Center that has been used to purchase much needed equipment. The purchased items will be utilized by staff in the conservation lab, in illustration, and on site by archaeologists and members of our Publication Team. They include two 3D laser scanners, one iPad equipped with LiDAR capabilities, a laptop to process a high volume of graphic data, a Topcon total station, and an osteometric board which will be used for measuring bone. The remaining funds will be used to support a summer internship at the William D.E. Coulson Conservation Laboratory. Once again, we would like to thank Chill for his continuous support and generous contribution!
