The Study Center takes great pleasure in hosting interns each summer in the conservation lab. This year’s group includes David Jacobs, who earned a BFA at the University of Southern California and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. He is currently enrolled at Cardiff University where he is pursuing an MSC in Conservation Practice. This is David’s first trip to Greece. After years of admiring Minoan art, he is now gaining hands-on experience sorting deposits with large numbers of decorated Neopalatial cups and jugs.
